DinkMonsters (“we”) helps pickleball organizers coordinate games and lessons by SMS.

Information we collect

We may store your name, mobile phone number, optional email, skill notes, opt-in status, and SMS activity needed to deliver messages. We use SMS providers (for example Twilio or Telnyx) to send and receive texts.

How you opt in

Organizers: You may create an organizer account from https://dinkmonsters.com/sms/opt-in (or be created by an existing admin). The account starts in a pending SMS state. We text a compliant opt-in message; you must reply JOIN before coordination texts continue. Desk login can work while pending.

Players: An organizer adds your number in the desk. You receive the same style of opt-in SMS and must reply JOIN before game, lesson, availability, reminder, or coordination messages are sent.

Email waitlists do not enroll anyone in SMS.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary (typically 1–10 msgs/week when invited; fewer when not).

Standard message and data rates may apply.

HELP and STOP

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Reply UNSUBSCRIBE or END also opts out. Reply JOIN later to opt in again.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell your mobile phone number.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share numbers only with providers who process messages for us, or when required by law.
