Your list
You keep your own player list — the players you already know. Each person receives one automated opt-in text and must reply JOIN before coordination messages begin.

Gather availability
We text a future availability ask. Players reply in plain language — Sat morning, Sun 3-5, or NO. Replies become a 'who's free' board.

Create the game
Pick a slot with enough overlap, choose the place, and we send YES/NO invites to your list until the game is set.

Play
You get a confirmation with who's in. Then you show up. If someone drops, we text your list for a replacement.
